We're a small, informal club, regularly attracting 4–10 players at all levels.

• We meet at 7 on Tuesdays, at The Buck in Newbiggin, Richmond, in the snug or the back room. Arrive a few minutes early, if you can.
• Easy parking in Newbiggin. Level access within the pub.
• Games are one hour, max. Most of us play one or two games a night.​
• Any word will do, if it's in the Official Scrabble Words.
• If you're a novice, or rusty, you may consult a dictionary for your first few visits. We can offer friendly mentoring if you'd like.
• No board? Don't worry - there are always some spares.
• If we get an odd number of people, we'll have a three-player game. We're very easy-going that way.
• ​If you wrongly challenge an opponent's word, you don't forfeit your next go. How kind is that!
• If you want to play social games only, that's fine. If you want to join an occasional competition, that's fine too. 
• You may join our WhatsApp list, to confirm your presence or absence each week, and be kept in touch with what's going on.
• There are no fees, but please buy a drink or a coffee, as the Buck kindly hosts us free of charge.​
